Fake tears of concern over a burger

I have seen it all now.

Just saw an article online lamenting some new additions to fast food restaurant menus.

It seems some over the top ideas like strawberry cheesecake pancakes and a cheeseburger with grilled cheese sandwiches for buns are making the "healthy eaters" nervous and complaining about the calories, etc....

Oh how bad for us. boo hoo. Insert wail, moan and gnash of teeth.

I think it's funny all these folks are so worried about calories and cholesterol when most of the beef has been chemically enriched to the point our stomachs are glowing after we eat.

The number of pesticides and genetically modified crops that we end up eating turn our foods into little more than cancer and disease transporters.

But yes, let's worry about being overweight and expanding waistlines. That makes sense.

Dairy cows are force fed so many steroids that dairy products can practically walk themselves to the stores.

but yes, all that sheese and milk is certain to ruin our figures and choke our hearts.

Let's not bother with how much high fructose corn syrup has been added to practically everything we eat and since it's introduction, juvenile and type 2 diabetes has skyrocketed.

No no, that's not important. We simply must eat "healthier". It is far better for skinny people to suffer from chemically induced cancers and diseases than for overweight people getting heart attacks on top of it.

Then, to top it all off, the "healthier foods they tell us to eat, the "organic" foods and the foods made on 'special' farms and ranches which are not made using the pesticides and chemicals the 'main' producers use are so expensive that 'po' folks can't afford to eat healthy.

They don't have the money to buy the food not made using poisons and chemicals that are absorbed into the substance of the food and is ingested with every bite.

Tell you what, the food is killong us no matter what we eat.

So, if I know I am going to die from eating and be it heart attack, diabetes or cancer that gets me, doggone it, I am gonna die happy and enjoy every greasy, cheesy, delicious bite as I wend my way to the grave on a tray that is pushed by the corporate farms and chemical companies who along with their well paid off friends in the government, are determined to kill me regardless of what I eat.

Someone wanna pass me the ketchup?
