Hi, I'm just one person living here in America that most of you don't know or give a rat's patoot about. That's fine by me. To be dead honest, I don't give a rat's patoot about most other folks either.
I've talked on other blogs recently about how the Constitution allows each person freedom of speech. The right to express yourself. I also noted how the Constitution doesn't say we have to pay one bit of attention or care one whit about what everyone is expressing.
You can say it, we don't have to give a chitlin about it though. I think that's pretty cool.
Yet, we have a lot of people who seem downright militant about trying to make other people not only listen to their story, but try to guilt them or use other emotional bribery to make people accept it as written in stone truth and fact. That is so not cool.
For example, I hear every frickin day about people pushing a gay, lesbian, weirdo freakshow agenda.
I know homosexual people (I refuse to use the word "gay" to refer to homosexual. Gay means happy, not horny)with the unspoken understanding that I live my life and they live their life every day without even discussing each others sexual lives. We don't care.
We go to work, do our jobs, are confident in ourselves respectively and the world goes on.
Then there are the people who jump and scream on the tv and in parks everywhere else demanding that people are hateful and vicious if we don't all happily go along with their personal hangups, gender confusions and general idiocy. To them I say, go away.
If you want to dress like you don't know what gender you are, that's your problem, not mine and no, I don't "have" to accept your exhibitionist abnormalities.
The law says that regardless of how you pray, dress, speak politically, etc.. I can't deny you a place to live, a means to take care of yourself and be educated, etc..
I have no problem with that. But I don't have to accept your deviancy. I don't have to think of it as "normal" and I don't have to agree wit it. So take your noise to someone else, somewhere else.
I specified the politicized homosexual groups here, but really, this applies to just about anyone who thinks that just because they want to force people to pander to their whims that we just have to do it.
No, this country is beautiful that way. Say what you want, the gov't won't arrest you or punish you for it.
Don't think that everyone else on a personal level has to give it two thoughts though. Political correctness holds no sway with me.
I don't have to like you, be your friend, give you a christmas present or drop you a few dollars when your down. Same goes for you to me.
You can't demand respect. It has to be earned. Everyone is a bit different on what it takes to earn our respect. Some people give it freely, some rarely if ever.
Nothing in the Constitution says we have to respect each other. It says we have to respect each others Constitutional rights, that's it.
You want my respect? maybe, maybe not. If you do, demanding I give you something that I don't feel you deserve ain't gonna make it happen.
No matter how loudly you yell, cry, harass, threaten or accuse.
Cuz I don't care. It's my right.
